This Refund Policy is governed by UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection and its executive regulations. VoxMagna is committed to fair and transparent refund practices in compliance with UAE consumer protection law.

Overview

VoxMagna provides digital SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) products. All payments are processed by Ziina (ziina.com), a UAE-licensed payment gateway. As a UAE-based consumer protection matter, we provide clear and fair terms for refunds.

Our refund policy distinguishes between:

All refund requests must be submitted in writing (email) to x@voxmagna.app. Verbal or chat-based requests are not accepted for refund processing.

Subscription Plans

VoxMagna offers both monthly and annual subscription billing. All payments are processed through Ziina. Subscription fees are charged at the start of each billing period. The following rules apply:

Eligible for refund

  • Full refund if you cancel and request a refund within 48 hours of the initial subscription charge, provided that you have not consumed more than 20 credits during that period.
  • Annual plans: Pro-rata refund if cancelled within 30 days of the annual renewal date, provided fewer than 10% of the annual credit allowance has been consumed.
  • Annual plans: If you cancel after 30 days but before 6 months, you may be eligible for a partial refund of the unused full months remaining, at VoxMagna's discretion.

Not eligible for refund

  • Refunds are not provided for the current billing period once the 48-hour cooling-off window has passed (monthly plans).
  • No refund is provided when cancellation is made mid-cycle — your plan remains active until the end of the paid period.
  • No refund for annual plans after 6 months of the billing period have elapsed.
  • No refund if your account has been suspended or terminated due to a breach of our Terms of Service.

Cancellation can be performed at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not alter access for the current billing cycle. Annual subscribers retain access until the end of the 12-month period.

Credit Packs

Credit packs are one-time purchases of additional credits.

Eligible for refund

  • Unused credits from a credit pack purchase may be refunded within 14 days of purchase, provided that none of the credits from that specific pack have been consumed.
  • Partial refunds are not available — the entire purchased pack must be unused to qualify.

Not eligible for refund

  • Credits that have been consumed (used for AI replies, posts, ideas, or image generation) are non-refundable.
  • Credit packs older than 14 days are non-refundable regardless of usage.
  • Monthly plan credits included with a subscription are non-refundable as part of the subscription fee.

Service Defect Refunds

Under UAE Consumer Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 15 of 2020, Article 15), you are entitled to a remedy where the Service is materially defective. A "material defect" means:

Service downtime caused by third-party platforms (X/Twitter API outages, Apify downtime, Anthropic API issues) does not qualify as a defect on VoxMagna's part and is not eligible for refunds.

Non-Refundable Situations

The following are expressly non-refundable under this Policy:

How to Request a Refund

    Email us at x@voxmagna.app with subject line: "Refund Request – [your registered email]"

    Include: Your registered email address, the specific charge amount and date, reason for the refund request, and any supporting details (e.g., transaction ID from your email receipt).

    We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. We may request additional information to verify eligibility.

    If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within the timeframe stated below.

Processing Time

All payments are processed through Ziina, a UAE-licensed payment gateway. Once a refund is approved:

Payments are charged in AED (UAE Dirham) at the USD-equivalent rate displayed at checkout. Refunds are issued in AED to the original payment method. Your bank may apply currency conversion fees for non-AED accounts; these are outside our control.

You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated from our side.
